Potlucks at work
Do you like them or are you totally nastified by them? We had one at work today, and I thought (for a change) that it went well. Most of the food that was there was edible...yeah i'm a little hesitant when it comes to "work potlucks". Come to think of it, sometimes I'm a little "nervous" when it comes to church potlucks.....what about you guys?

I guess it just depends on how well you know your co-workers that are bringing the food. CHURCH POT LUCKS!!! mmmmm.... I love Aunt Beckys taco salad. mmm.. It treats my lunch box (tummy) good!
I'll be honest, I typically like to know who brought what even though I probably trust my co-workers. This may just be an OCD trait of mine ;-)
Juanita - I couldn't agree more! Becky's Taco Salad is the BEST in the world.
LaDonna - I'm glad I'm not the only one who feels "safer" if I know who brought what in :) And yes I think it is an OCD trait of ours :)
So I'm a little late getting in on this one. I don't really think about it. At my work most of the brokers are to lazy to actually make anything so most of the food ends up being store bought any way. The only people who usually actually make food are us three assistants, and I can trust them!
As far as church potlucks...I've never had a problem with eating free food and fellowshipping!! Especially when the food is Becky's Taco Salad! (Man, you'd think we were an advertisement or something!!)
