And I'm voiceless.....I lost my voice on Friday evening after coming off of a VERY exciting ride on Space Mountain. I've been told that they've recently re-done the ride and it's better than it used to be. Well obviously I thought so because I still don't have a voice...7 days later! Oh well it was well worth it.
We had a blast, if you have bebo or myspace check out the pictures I've posted, theres only a "few".
A few of my favorite rides:
Space Mountain
Thunder Mountain Rail Road
Indiana Jones
Splash Mountain
Soarin' Over California
If you've never gone....YOU MUST!

I heart Disneyland! I don't think that I could ever grow tired of it. And now that California Adventure is there to double the fun... well, words can't even express my excitement. I'm glad that you guys had a good time. Maybe I'll have to get down there again one of these days now that my parents only live 6 or so hours away.
I can't tell you how many times I've been to Disneyland! There's photos somewhere from when I was a kid and my favorite rides were the teacups, the race car one, and the Submarine ride! when I went to Disneyland for Grad Night, I didn't get to go on any of those three (which I guess I'll have to explain in a blog later). The last time I went, I went with family who didn't like rides very much. Which one is "Soaring over California" again?
Melina you so must go! It brings out the kid in everyone....seriously.
Linda you need to dig up the old photos, those I gotta see! We did all those rides except for the new submarine ride, it was a 2 hour wait. So we got to watch the video from a viewing room (we had two people in our group that were in a wheel chair). So we got to see everything that that see in the submarine, just not the submarine experiance. Our group had nothhing but ride FREAKS, so we went on everything we could! Soaring over California is over in California Adventure. You "hang glide" over different areas of california...inside looks like an omnimax theater, VERY COOL!
Sounds like you have a new blog to write about now....
I haven't been to Disneyland since I was 9 and I remember absolutely loving it, but complaining a lot. I went w/ my Aunt Vanessa Gaddis and cousin Quash during the summer, so it was super crowded and hot. I remember my favorite rides being the Star Wars one and Thunder Mountain(which Quash and I went on 5 times ;) I think that if I went now, I'd be a little more appreciative. Someday I want to take another trip out there and just do everything from amusement parks to all the sites!
How was it being there around Christmastime, Stacy? I bet it was gorgeous!
I think had I gone in a smaller group that wasn't so go, go, go I probably would have talked myself out of a lot rides. Ok so maybe not a lot of rides, but I may not have been as willing to do some. I'm glad I did it though, and I would so do it again.
Oh it was BEAUTIFUL during Christmas. I have some pictures up on my Bebo page of our trip if you haven't had a chance to check them. You should totally go during the Christmas season. Packed yes, but so worth it and I would do it again in a heart beat!
My parents were usually really good about going during the down times, but one of the best times we had was when we went and it started raining. Almost everybody cleared out(because, heavens! Rain!) but we went and bought cheap plastic rain ponchos and got to go on all the rides we wanted to because there was no line!!
The last time I went was only for one day, but I was with Dad and Uncle Jim and Katie, and that was when Katie got engaged! All very sweet.
