Thats all we wanted....but no....they wouldn't let me. Talk about RUDE!
So I went to this nice little cafe today to pick up some lunch for me & Florin, not realizing that it was going to turn into a not so good experiance. Heres my problem, I went up the counter and simply ordered:
2 whole Steak Bistro salads
1/2 chicken sandwich
Not hard or complicated right?? WRONG....apperantly you can't order a 1/2 sandwich unless you're ordering a 1/2 salad?? I tryed to explain to the lady that I would like to have a full salad instead of a full sandwich and that I would paying for it if there was a price diff. Oh did I mention that a full salad and the price of the full sandwich were THE SAME! So yeah nothing diff. here...is anyone still with me? So yeah the lady behind the counter through this big fit about how the only way I was getting a half sandwich was if I ordered a half salad. Thats pretty much it in a nutshell, I wasn't very happy when I left.
Oh yeah and I ended up leaving with a full size sandwich and two whole salads. Not exactly what I wanted.

STUPID! I'm sorry for your difficult afternoon. I know that I've had situations similar to yours so I can totally relate--though I can't think of a specific one off the top of my head.
Just be glad it's over..PS I really liked the heading though, it was intriguing.
