October:
Not a whole lot went down in the month of October. We had a big Harvest Party at church which was a lot of fun. Dan Mocan put together an awesome "maze" in the prayer room (shhh....don't tell the pastor ;) that the kids absolutley went nuts over. Ok I must admit I'm a kid at heart too because I went through it a few times myself :) Oh yeah and it was all in the dark, so that made it even better! Over all everyone had a good time. If you didn't know already I attempted to "dress up" as a baby. More than anything it was all about being COMFORTABLE.

November:
I would say that November was the kick off a very busy time. My mom and I were trying to put the finsihing touches on our upcoming Family Thanksgiving event that was to be held at her apartment in Medford. And an event is just what it turned out to be. Couldn't tell you an exact number that we had in my mom's apartment but A LOT should pretty much sum it up. We sent out invitations to everyone and after all the decorating was done and the food was served, I think everyone was well feed. If you didn't get enough to eat, well then thats your own fault. It was very nice to get together with everyone again, including all the cousins. While we were in Medford we decided that now would be a good time to take a family picture for our Christmas Card this year. Thanks to photographer Florin A. Filimon, we were able to get a nice Christmas Card picture taken. If you weren't a receiver of that picture I do apologize, but here is an idea of what it looked like. Not the exact pose or anything, but I think you'll get the idea.
December:
Wow already to December....let the roller coaster of events start. Lets see first things first we had our kids Christmas Program at church. As cute and fun as it was, I am so glad its over. A lot of hard work goes into it, and I know it payed off in the end. But its just one more thing behind us. If I have my events right the next thing was the Adult "Special Music" service. I wouldn't call it a Christmas Concert or program because was neither of those, but maybe a church service with a few more specials, but no testimonys. The week leading up to Christmas we had many things going on with Florin's family. I may have my days a little mixed up, but none the less, heres a quick run down. Thursday night we had a nice dinner @ the Mocan's followed by a ginger bread making contest with the nieces and nephews. Friday night we all went Ice Skating, and had a blast! Sat. was out actual Christmas celebration at Florin's parents house. We had a white elephant gift exchange and LOTS of food (of course). Next in line was Christmas Eve, my first question is how many branch churches actually had church on Sunday Night - Christmas Eve?? We did...not real crazy about it but hey what are you to do, but go. We actually had a candle light service which was nice. But for some reason all I could think about was being at home with the family. Isn't that was Christmas Eve is all about? So after our candle light service, Sorin & Mirela had the church over for finger foods and games. Once again another late evening. Christmas morning was nice, I got to sleep in until about 10 or so. Florin came over to my apartment around 12, made a late breakfast and then we opened gifts. Pretty much relaxed all day long. Which brings us to the end of December......phew we made it.
So this has hopefully brought me up to date with the rest of the blogging world. I do expect to see some comments from everyone. And well I guess my new years resolution would be to keep my blog more current like the rest of you!
Miss you all!
Happy New Year!
