were awesome. You guys all missed a great weekend...everything from the sermon's to the prayer meetings, to the fellowship with all those that were there. We had a great weekend! Pretty small crowd, but we still had a really nice time.
Friday night Bro. Randy Baltzell preached for us, Sat. morning Bro. Seis Arechy gave the bible study. Sat. afternoon was free time, so a group of us loaded up into a van and headed down to the beach for a bit. We then went back to the Jones' for food, fellowship and fun. Following a movie we had some PIZZA! Oh yeah if you're ever looking for a conversation starter with a group of people (not that in our circle's that ever happens, but just in case), put a bowl of Jelly Belly's in the middle of the table and let them have it. You would be surprised at the discussions that come out of that one bowl of Jelly Belly's.
So us girls got a little carried away with hats...Missy had a ton of them, so we had some fun trying them on and wearing them to the beach. The guys for some reason were a little embarrased of us, not sure why though? All I can say though is that we sure stayed warm, despite what the guys thought of us. I thought we looked pretty cute...

I love it! Haha, of course..I love hats--and beanies are even better!
First shoes. Now hats. Grr... I need some testosterone...
We aren't allowed to talk about hats either?
Tell me, Chris, what are we allowed to talk about??
Thanks for the welcome, Stacy! That picture of you girls is just too adorable. Sounds like Eureka Special Meetings were a blast :)
Mandy, Chris is definitely not the authority on what us girls should talk about. If it were up to him, we'd probably be discussing computers and politics.
Chris, didn't you tell me to become a blogger so that I could be here to back you up and offer some support? Whoops...
Hehehe... I know what he looks like!!! But really, it's not the look, but the way in which he describes the look that isn't the best for public posting.
Wow I can hardly wait to find out what this "look" is all about.
Melina-You really have me wondering now...This should be good.
Hey, this is a coed blog! Watch what you talk about. What you talk about does have an impact on others here! I'm serious! Even Matt's talking about shoes now. This is sad sad sad...
And Superfluff, I was a Laker fan before you stopped superfluffing in your superfluffies, and I am still a Laker basketball fan and always will be. Problem is, the Lakers don't play basketball any more!
;-)
Okay, okay... I must say that I was there that day Matt tried on a beanie... I believe we were in Mervyn's and I promptly told him that he looked like a... okay so I won't say it. But I know everyone wanats to know.
;-)
I don't.
Sadly I now know...and believe me those who don't know aren't missing much (other than a mental picture)
I may be one of the few who has not seen Matt in a beanie, but maybe it's better that way. Refering to Chris' previous post-Who's Superfluff?
Our very own Matt Luka
AKA
Beanie Head
Matt was that you that wrote something and deleated it?
I think that Superfluff is very fitting for Matt. But now, are we talking about the stuff on top of his head or inside of it in place of where his brains should be?
Superfluff was Matt's nickname as a baby. It initially had to do with they way his hair poofed after Mom gave him his baths, but then one day he "fluffed" in the bath water (ahem) and the name took on an entirely new meaning...
But you can take it any way you like it!
;-)
Alright, Stace! It's time for fresh material!
